The Secretariat is responsible to the JCC for the overall operational and administrative functioning of the Alliance. Responsibilities include initiating, overseeing, coordinating and organizing efforts to realize the mission of the Alliance. Work plans for key tasks will be developed collaboratively, in conjunction with member jurisdictions, with agreed-upon deliverables and associated time-lines.
Administrative and logistical support is provided on request by the Department or Ministry of one of the co-chairs.
